Ordering

Ordering from Highball is an easy experience. There are several ways to order.

1. Browse our catalog and when you find an item you'd like to purchase, click the Add To Cart button. At any time you can view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the View Cart links at the top and bottom of each page. The shopping cart keeps track of the items you wish to purchase until you are ready to check out. When you have finished your shopping, click the Check Out button or link. You will be taken to our secure server to complete your transaction, where you will need to fill out an order form.

   At this point, any information you supply is through our secure server. When you have finished with the order form, click the Place Order button to submit your order. Within a few seconds, you'll receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging your order.

2. Browse our catalog and decide which of our award-winning railroad videos you want. Add up the total. If you're an Arizona resident, add 7% sales tax. Finally, add the appropriate shipping. Click here for shipping rates. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks or money orders.

   Send us your order via email to orders@traintapes.com. Tell us the items you want, add up the prices and shipping, and give us your credit card information. We'll email confirmation as soon as we process your order.

3. Give us a call - toll free in the US or Canada - at 800-345-6985, or 520-498-1677 elsewhere. Please have your credit card number and expiration date handy, telephone number with area code, and the names of the tapes you wish to receive. There's an answering machine when we're not here. If you'd rather not leave your card number, please leave your name and telephone number, your location, and a time when we can reach you.

4. Fax us an order at 520-797-1863. Be sure to include all credit card info.

5. Send a check, money order or credit card details to Highball Productions, PO Box 90046, Tucson, AZ, 85752-0046, USA.

For our customers overseas - Highball Productions tapes are only available direct in NTSC format. Most tapes are available in PAL format from Steam Powered Video in the UK at http://www.spv.co.uk; Dawes Road, Dunkirk, Near Faversham, Kent ME13 9UU, England. Phone 1227-752525.

Shipping

USA & Canada please add $6.00 S&H for the first program plus $1.00 for each additional program. Shipping is by US Postal Service, if you request UPS or FedEx additional charges will apply. Rest of world pays airmail at cost.

If you would like to calculate postage costs to your country, go to http://www.usps.com the US Postal Service web site and go to "calculate postage", then "international", and follow instructions to find your country. A DVD weighs 4.5 oz, a vhs tape weighs 13 oz, plus packaging. This will give you a close approximation of postage.
